I moved here from Belarus, one of the republics of the former Soviet Union,
which is why I speak Russian and English.
As a kid, I was chosen to attend the national School of Olympic Reserve, an elite training school,
and I essentially grew up there. I studied for four years at the State University of Sports,
where I learned a lot about the potential of the human body.
Twelve years ago I started putting my experience and education to use as a personal trainer,
helping men and women of any age or experience to reach and exceed their personal goals,
whether that’s weight loss, muscular development, toning, or strength training.
I’m certified by the National Exercise & Sports Trainers Association as a Personal Trainer
and a Fitness Nutrition Coach, and I train clients exclusively at Optimal Sports Club.
