I have over 30 years experience as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor, teaching aerobics, step, water aerobics, conditioning classes and spin. I competed in body building competitions, competitive swimming and long distance biking. I believe that your age should not define what you can and cannot do.
I specialize in older adult fitness, and helping long distance athletes improve their strength and endurance. However I work with people of all ages and fitness levels helping them reach their goals. I will be there for you both in and out of the gym, helping you live a long healthy life.
